Pastry Chef

A longtime DC resident, Stephanie began working in restaurants in 2012 as a pastry assistant at Jackie's in Silver Spring, Maryland, where she realized she had a strong passion for cooking, especially baking. She spent several formative years working at 1905 Bistro & Bar where she developed both her pastry and savory cooking skills and created and grew the dessert program. In 2017, she moved on to the Knightsbridge Group to do pastry full time at Nopa Kitchen + Bar. Her desserts reflect her love of American cuisine, especially the South, and are heavily influenced by seasonal and local ingredients.
